Il Portolano reopens with a new chef de cuisine!
It is the great come back of Luca Sanna, born in 1984 in Padria, a small village in the north west of Sardinia. After his debut as a young commis at Il Portolano he improved his knowledge of the Sardinian and Mediterranean Cuisine in other famous restaurants around northern Sardinia during the summer seasons and in northern Italy during the winter time. He then completed his path with an international experience in Brighton.
With ability Luca creates unique dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients of the island, inspired both by his Sardinian and Mediterranean tradition and also by elements of the international cuisine.
